As a Texas litigator, my clients are constantly concerned about the costs of legal services. Attorney fees are almost always a concern for both parties in a lawsuit, because sometimes the attorney fees make the costs prohibitive to start or keep going. I teach other attorneys about attorney fees and how to prove them or fight them. I aim to use this blog to help others learn more about the world of attorney fees!
